We started this project with just under a 4 acres of raw Central Texas wetlands. Our vision was to create as small offgrid cabin that would allow you to get away from the hustle of Austin but only be 20 minutes away. 

According to the locals this was one of the first house on the block and everyone had a story about it and its loving owners over the years. Its easy for folks to over look the true beauty within these crumbling wall.

This mid century ranch had a great story but need to be brought back to its glory days.

This was a fun project that kept going and going and going. New ideas at every turn but we really like how it all came together.
